Great communicator..the Dr. Examined the lesion, explained his findings & gave me options for care. This visit was for a second opinion. The first doctor I saw did not explain anything but rather immediately recommended surgical biopsy.

I have seen more than one provider at this office for a few issues and I have never been disappointed. The office was freshly cleaned and the front office team was a delight as per usual. The clinical team was warm and friendly, and I left feeling respected, heard, and with a clear plan moving forward in my care. Thank you all!

I don’t usually write reviews, but this felt needed. I had a really rough time with the office staff. Before my visit I had tried calling the office multiple times to no answer. After reading other reviews I can see this is a common problem. The two ladies working at the time of my visit were not only rude to me, but the older gentleman next to me, trying to explain that his insurance was up to date. I was really taken a back at how they interacted with the patients. I also overheard them saying disrespectful things behind the patients back as I approached to give back my paperwork. That all being said, I thought doctor Knopps was amazing and attentive. He explained everything and was very knowledgeable. I hope that the office staff was having an off day, because I was really disturbed at the attitude I was given.

Dr. Jason Lichtenberger's rating should be more stars than I'm allowed to give...why? Because his front office worker Erin sets the tone with her excellent Customer Service skills and delightful personality...which continues in any dealings I have with Debbie, CMA, and Kass, Master Aesthetician. They treat me like a cherished family member! Dr. L does the same...the professionalism and patient-centeredness are way above what is seen in other provider's healthcare visits. I consider this practice to be the Gold Standard for others to look to. Can't say enough wonderful things, it's way above my Happy Meter!

Dr. Hecht was so great with my 2 year old. My son came in throwing a fit about being in a doctor’s office. However, Dr. Hecht had such warmth, kindness, and the perfect amount of silliness to charm my son that by the end of the visit my son was saying Bye-Bye and giving the doctor a High Five. More specifically, Dr. Hecht was very informative and definitive in his diagnosis and recommendations. I found it reassuring when the doctor reviewed X-rays with me regarding my son’s situation to help me better understand his case. In conclusion, I would highly recommend Dr. Hecht for parents of children needing ENT care.
